A hearing aid is only as good as its last adjustment. Hearing changes, ears change shape, tubes harden and wax filters clog. Aftercare keeps your aids working the way they did on day one.
Included with every pair
Every pair we fit comes with aftercare for as long as its tech level covers: two years for Essential, three for Advanced and four for Premium. That means follow-up appointments, adjustments, cleaning, consumables and repairs, with no service plan to sign up to.
Drop-in cleaning
On Tuesday and Thursday mornings you can drop in without an appointment for a clean and a tube or dome change. It takes about fifteen minutes.
Aids fitted elsewhere
Moved to Shrewsbury, or unhappy with the service you are getting? We look after aids from most major makers for £45 a visit, including a clean and a re-programme where the maker’s software allows it.

An hour with an audiologist, not a quick screening. Ear check, full audiogram, speech-in-noise test and a clear explanation.
Ear wax removal
From £60 · 30 minutes
Microsuction and gentle irrigation by an audiologist, with a look in both ears before and after.
Tinnitus assessment and sound therapy
From £95 · 90 minutes
A full hearing test, a proper conversation about the noise, and a written plan to make it bother you less.
